Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Associate, Transaction Management to support a Fortune 100 tech client. The role involves managing real estate transactions, negotiating terms, and delivering solutions across a fast-moving, high-profile portfolio.

Location options include San Francisco or New York, with remote based on experience. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, overseeing deadlines, PMO tasks, and complex financial analysis to inform decision-makers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate or related field required.
4-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transaction management or related field.
Strong understanding of real estate transactions, lease structures, and market dynamics.
Strong computer orientation & proficiency with Google Workspace.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable, strategic recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, time management, organizational, written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to be proactive & adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to interact with clients independently and professionally on a daily basis.
Strong financial analysis skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
Experience with real estate transaction management software.

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support for the client's real estate portfolio and all transactions.
Manage all lease amendments, estoppels, landlord engagements, notices, and disputes.
Track critical deadlines across the transaction lifecycle to ensure timely closure.
Manage transaction paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance to closure.
Liaise with brokers to support smooth, compliant deal closure.
Oversee flex office-related activities, such as workplace licenses.
Conduct due diligence on the client's M&A activity.
Coordinate decommissioning and reinstatement activities with facilities management and IT/design/operations.
Manage smaller transactions independently with oversight on larger deals.
Prepare and present comprehensive transaction summaries and market overviews.
