Exelon Corporation is seeking a Real Estate professional to plan and execute complex real estate projects, provide extensive support to Operations and Business Units, and coordinate with internal teams and external clients.

The role emphasizes negotiation, project management and cross-functional collaboration, with regular reporting to leadership. Opportunities include working with multiple utilities and managing critical real estate portfolios across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Real Estate Broker's License plus 4–7 years of business experience, or 6–9 years if no degree.
• 3–5 years of real estate transactional experience involving knowledge of legal descriptions and standard real estate practice.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications (Access, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project).

Responsabilidades

• Plan and perform real estate activities across property acquisitions, leasing, rent collection and property rights.
• Negotiate complex contract terms and prepare deeds, leases and related documents.
• Maintain project files, conduct financial analyses, and prepare reports and evaluations.
• Serve as a liaison to external customers, agencies and regional staff on real estate matters.
• Report progress to the Manager on project status and outcomes.
