Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Real Estate professional to plan and execute complex real estate projects and provide extensive support to Operations and other Business Units.

You will negotiate contracts, manage property rights, and coordinate with regulators, external customers, and regional teams to advance transactions. Strong negotiation, project management, and MS Office skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Real Estate Broker's License with 4-7 years of business experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 6-9 years of business experience.
• 3-5 years of real estate transactional experience with knowledge of legal descriptions and standard documents.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Ability to organize complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Customer-focused, professional and self-starting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform real estate activities including property acquisitions and leases.
• Support Real Estate Reps in day-to-day property transactions.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare deeds, leases and related documents.
• Create project files, perform analyses, and maintain reports.
• Act as liaison with governmental agencies and external customers.
• Coordinate with regional staff or contractors on real estate projects.
• Provide regular status updates to the Manager on projects and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Serve as regional contact for external stakeholders.
