Exelon is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Leadership Development to design and deliver leadership programs for a Fortune 200 energy company. You will build an integrated leadership architecture, collaborate with executives and HR partners, and scale experiences across the enterprise.

Based in IL, DC, MD, or PA, you will lead a team of five professionals, measure impact, and drive succession readiness through diverse development initiatives, AI-enabled tools, and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in leadership development or related field in large enterprises.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Experience facilitating for senior executives and leaders; influence and strategy needed.
• Strong instructional design and measurement skills.

Responsabilités

• Designs and executes enterprise leadership development strategy and governance.
• Builds leadership programming, including high-potential and transition programs.
• Facilitates executive learning sessions with strong presence and impact.
• Measures impact using readiness, promotion, and business outcomes.
