Colliers in Irvine is seeking a real estate sales professional to collaborate on daily team operations in commercial leasing, marketing, and sales. You will gain experience across financial and research aspects, with growth opportunities and ownership of deals.

Responsibilities include heavy cold calling, CRM maintenance, attending industry events, and training in the Colliers Way. You will progress toward independently managing transactions from start to finish.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant sales experience (phone and in-person canvassing).
• Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of California (or in process).
• Proactive, energetic, and capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Heavy involvement with cold calling and prospecting for new business.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
• Attend local business events, networking, and client meetings to learn the market.
• Receive training to learn the Colliers Way of doing business.
• Coordinate materials for offer packages and review proposals, leases and related documents.
• Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, proposals, and other documents.
• Transition to independently managing real estate sales transactions from start to finish.
