The role emphasizes prospecting, CRM usage, attending industry events, and progressing toward independently managing real estate sales transactions from start to finish; compensation is tied to commissions.

Formación

• 1+ years of relevant sales experience (phone and in-person canvassing).
• Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of California.
• Highly motivated with energy and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be heavily involved with cold calling and prospecting for new business and following up on leads and opportunities to assist in deals.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities.
• Attend local business and industry events, networking, and participating in client meetings to learn the market.
• Go through training to learn the “Colliers Way” of doing business.
• Coordinate supporting materials for offer packages and review proposals, leases, and related documents.
• Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documents.
• Transition to independently managing real estate sales transactions from start to finish.
