Exelon Corporation is seeking a strategic project leader to develop, manage, and evaluate initiatives from planning through post-implementation. This role requires aligning management models, driving best practices, and delivering financial and operational reports.

The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s in business or STEM with 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or STEM with 4–7 years of related business experience OR in lieu of bachelor’s degree 6–9 years of related business experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of applicable standards, methods, processes and practices, business fundamentals, and performance metrics in the specific functional area supported by this position.
• Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, & PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated business acumen with strong problem solving, analytical/financial, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects, programs, and initiatives. Manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects and programs.
• Coordinate and report on process/project assignments; develop performance indicators and tracking mechanisms.
• Lead change management activities and train employees for new processes and procedures.
• Provide benchmarking analysis and prepare status reports to leadership.
• Understand business processes and provide day-to-day client support and guidance.
