Job summary

Exelon is seeking an experienced project manager to develop, manage, and evaluate enterprise initiatives from planning through post-implementation. You will align business plans with management models, deliver performance metrics, and coordinate QA and change management activities across internal and external teams.

The role requires strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting capabilities, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery during storms or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or STEM field with 4–7 years of related business experience OR 6–9 years of related business experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint to support project management and reporting.
• Experience with project portfolio management, requirements/test management, CIS/CRM, telephony, and outage management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects and programs with scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Prepare, review, and analyze reports and performance indicators for projects.
• Drive change management and training for new processes and procedures.
• Provide day-to-day client support and guidance across departments and stakeholders.
