Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a meticulous Lease Data Entry Administrator in Alaska to review lease agreements and extract key terms for entry into company systems. You will validate data points, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across Real Estate, Legal, and Accounting teams.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate high-volume data processing, strong Excel skills, and exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, lease review, or lease administration.
• Strong command of commercial/residential real estate terminology.
• Experience interpreting lease agreements and legal documents.
• Ability to process high volumes with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review lease agreements, amendments, renewals, terminations, and related real estate documents.
• Extract lease information and enter data into databases and lease portals.
• Validate data: commencement/expiration dates, rent schedules, renewals, tenant/landlord info, square footage, deposits, operating expenses, milestones.
• Perform quality control to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Lease Administration, Legal, Property Management, and Accounting teams.
• Support data cleanup, migration, and portfolio auditing.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets while handling large volumes of lease documentation.
• Assist with reporting and record maintenance.
