Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Lease/Data Entry Specialist in Bothell, WA to review and extract key information from lease documents and accurately enter data into lease management systems. The role emphasizes data accuracy, auditing, and collaboration with Real Estate, Legal, and Accounting teams.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of data entry/lease administration experience, strong real estate terminology knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional data entry, document review, or lease administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential real estate terminology.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting lease agreements and related legal documents.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately process high volumes of data with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review lease agreements, amendments, renewals, terminations, and related real estate documents.
• Extract key lease information and accurately enter data into company databases and lease management portals.
• Validate lease data including: Lease commencement and expiration dates, rent schedules and escalations, renewal and termination options, tenant and landlord information, square footage and property details, security deposits and operating expenses.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and conflicting lease terms and elevate as appropriate.
• Maintain organized documentation and electronic records.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Lease Administration, Legal, Property Management and Accounting teams.
• Support data cleanup, migration, and portfolio auditing initiatives.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets while managing large volumes of lease documentation.
• Assist with reporting and record maintenance as required.
