Job summary

TitleEase LLC in Warwick, RI seeks a Closer/Escrow Officer responsible for the technical execution of real estate closings across multiple jurisdictions. You will manage document preparation, title clearance, and compliance, coordinating with lenders and realtors to deliver flawless closing packages.

到 You will lead end-to-end processing, ensure accurate fee/tax calculations, and maintain a precise audit trail in the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior-level closing or title role with multi-state experience.
• Strong knowledge of real estate title process and TRID/RESPA compliance.
• Proven ability to independently manage production timelines and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• File ownership & technical management of a high-volume, multi-state production pipeline, moving files from contract to ready-to-close.
• Navigate end-to-end documentation across varying state statutes and lender instructions.
• Prepare and audit Closing Disclosures, HUD-1 statements, and conveyance documents with tax/fees balanced to the penny.
• Examine title commitments and lender instructions to proactively clear complex requirements for a clear-to-close status.
• Coordinate as the lead technical liaison for lenders and realtors to ensure timely closing.
• Prepare, review, and organize closing packages in recordable form according to local standards.
• Maintain meticulous file notes to provide a clear audit trail in the technology platform.
