Job summary

TitleEase is seeking a high-performance Closer/Escrow Officer to lead the production and documentation of real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions. You will focus on closing-preparation, title clearance, and compliance while others handle consumer coordination and funds movement.

The role requires 5+ years in senior-level closing or title positions across several states, with expert TRID/RESPA knowledge and proficiency in settlement software such as Qualia and ReWare.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior-level closing or title roles across multiple states.
• Expert knowledge of real estate title process and TRID/RESPA.
• Ability to take full charge of file production and make time-sensitive decisions.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to legal/financial docs across states.
• Desire to streamline production workflow using e-recording tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage high-volume, multi-state production from contract to ready-to-close.
• Navigate state statutes and lender instructions during documentation.
• Prepare and audit Closing Disclosures, HUD-1, and conveyance documents with accuracy.
• Examine title commitments and lender instructions to clear complex requirements.
• Coordinate with lenders and realtors to ensure timely closing and accurate documentation.
• Prepare, review, and organize complete closing packages per local standards.
• Maintain meticulous file notes for audit trail.
