Job summary

TitleEase seeks an experienced Closer Manager/Escrow Officer to oversee production and documentation of real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll own the process from contract to ready-to-close, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lender requirements.

You’ll manage highly technical tasks, audit disclosures, and coordinate with lenders and realtors to clear obstacles for timely closings, while organizing complete closing packages to local standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior-level closing or title role with multi-state experience.
• Expert knowledge of the real estate title process, TRID/RESPA compliance.
• Proficient with settlement software such as Qualia and Resware.

Responsibilities

• Lead file production from contract to ready-to-close across multiple states.
• Prepare and audit Closing Disclosures, HUD-1, and conveyance documents with penny-perfect accuracy.
• Review title commitments and lender instructions to clear complex requirements.
• Coordinate with lenders and realtors to provide accurate closing documentation.

Job Title: Closer Manager/Escrow Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performance Closer Manager/Escrow Officer to take total command of the production and documentation side of real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

What You'll Do

• File Ownership & Technical Management: Independently manage a high-volume, multi-state production pipeline, ensuring every file moves from contract to "ready-to-close" in strict accordance with lender and company requirements.
• Advanced Settlement Preparation: Prepare and audit Closing Disclosures (CD), HUD-1 Settlement Statements, and conveyance documents; ensure all state-specific taxes, fees, and credits are balanced with "to-the-penny"
  accuracy.
• Title Curative & Analysis: Examine title commitments and lender instructions to identify and proactively clear complex requirements, ensuring a "clear to close" status for every assigned property.
• Technical Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the lead liaison for lenders and realtors, resolving roadblocks and ensuring all parties have the accurate documentation needed for a timely closing.
• Document Organization: Prepare, review, and organize complete closing packages, ensuring all legal instruments are in recordable form according to local parish or county standards.

What We're Looking For

• Multi-State Expertise: 5+ years of experience in a senior-level closing or title role with a proven track record of managing transactions in multiple states.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of the real estate title process, TRID/RESPA compliance, and settlement software e.g., Qualia and Resware).
• Self-Directed Execution: Ability to take full charge of the production of a file, making complex, time-sensitive decisions independently while maintaining absolute accuracy.
