Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in ready mix and leading teams.
• Experience with performance tools used in ready mix operations (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
• Ability to build relationships and lead as both a leader and team member.
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, QC, automation and data collection.
• Ability to review sites and approve tactical implementation plans.
• Training, coaching and mentoring leaders and frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites, including diagnosis, on-site review, and post-visit planning.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to align OpEx and value-added strategies.
• Support production planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Lead change management initiatives and build a culture of safety and excellence.
