Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across aggregate operations in the western United States.

You will champion lean problem-solving methodologies and lead initiatives for margin improvement, safety, and sustainability. The role includes capability-building through training and coaching, with potential leadership of a small team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operative experience in ready mix and leadership roles
• Experience with ready mix performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3)
• Proven ability to build relationships and lead teams
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, automation and data collection
• Site assessments including reviewing and approving tactical implementation plans
• Training, coaching and mentoring leadership and frontline
• Ability to influence at all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites across multiple states
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining product quality
• Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and sell best-fit OpEx and value-added strategies
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets
• Support plant-level production scheduling to maximize margin
• Deliver effective training and coaching to site leaders and frontline employees
• Assist in development of operational budgets and reporting
• Lead change management initiatives and sustain safety culture
