Job summary

CRH Americas Materials seeks a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager to lead lean initiatives across multiple western states. You will drive performance assessments, cost leadership, and margin improvement while coaching teams and building capability in operations and commercial excellence.

You will partner with leadership to optimize plant operations, develop capability, and advance safety and quality through structured improvement programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in ready mix and related aggregates.
• Experience leading teams and delivering progressive results.
• Hands-on with plant systems, automation, and data collection.
• Ability to assess sites and approve implementation plans.
• Strong coaching and leadership for frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments across sites.
• Analyze plant production efficiency while ensuring quality.
• Optimize operations to meet demand cost-effectively.
• Align production planning with forecasts and margin targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement OpEx strategies.
