Job summary

TYLin Group is seeking a Principal Project Manager for Rail + Transit in Bellevue, WA. You will lead complex rail and transit programs, coordinating civil, structural, track, systems, and facilities disciplines to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

You will also support client development, pursue opportunities, and mentor teams to elevate delivery capability across the Pacific Northwest region. Hybrid work setup and senior leadership responsibilities characterize this role.

Qualifications

• 15–25+ years of experience in Rail & Transit project delivery.
• Proven track record as a Project Manager or Project Director on major rail/transit projects.
• Strong understanding of scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and multidisciplinary integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex rail and transit projects across the Pacific Northwest.
• Support client development and pursuits through relationships and proposals.
• Mentor and strengthen technical teams to elevate delivery capability.
