Job summary

TYLin, a global infrastructure firm, seeks a Principal Project Manager, Rail & Transit, to lead complex rail and transit programs across the Pacific Northwest. Qualifications

• 15–25+ years of experience in Rail & Transit project delivery, with complex infrastructure programs.
• Proven track record as Project Manager or Project Director on major rail/transit projects.
• Strong expertise across civil, structural, track, stations, systems, or transit facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex rail and transit projects across the Pacific Northwest.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
• Support client development, pursuits, and beacon regional relationships.
• Mentor engineers and designers to strengthen project delivery capability.
