Job summary

TYLin is seeking a Principal Project Manager, Rail & Transit to lead delivery of complex rail and transit programs across the Pacific Northwest. This technically focused leadership role emphasizes clarity in design decisions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects with safety and quality.

In addition to project delivery, you will support client development and pursuits, strengthen TYLin’s regional presence in Washington and Oregon, and mentor the next generation of leaders

Qualifications

• 15–25+ years of rail and transit delivery experience.
• Proven track record as Project Manager or Project Director on major rail, transit, or transportation projects.
• Deep expertise in civil, structural, track, stations, rail facilities, systems, or transit infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project execution including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Established relationships within the Pacific Northwest transportation and transit market.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex rail and transit projects across the Pacific Northwest.
• Mentor and strengthen technical teams and project staff.
• Support client development, pursuits, and win strategy.
• Ensure delivery to TYLin's standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
