Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
- Commitment to safe operations and responsible research practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-site R&D team (13 FTEs) and set priorities.
- Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and platforms.
- Ensure safe, compliant lab operations and champion EH&S policies.
- Translate business strategy into research priorities and execution plans.
- Oversee milestones, documentation, and cross-functional delivery.
- Champion IP strategy and patent filings.
