Responsibilities

Lead a multi-site R&D team of researchers, specialists, technicians, and contractors.
Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and technology platforms.
Champion patent filings and IP strategies.
Partner with Product R&D, TS&D, Process R&D, EI&G R&D, Marketing and Commercial functions.
