Job summary

Dow Industrial Solutions is seeking a Senior R&D Leader to guide a 13 FTE multidisciplinary team supporting product and application development across the Cleaning Growth Platform, with additional support for Pharma and Crop. The role combines people leadership, safe lab operations, portfolio management, and cross-functional execution to deliver new products and technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
• Strong commitment to safe operations and responsible research practices.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site R&D team and set priorities across Collegeville and Midland.
• Develop and manage the Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and tech platforms.
• Influence cross-functional partners to advance research, implementation, and commercialization.
• Ensure safe, compliant laboratory operations and rigorous scientific methods.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and project milestones.
