Dow Industrial Solutions seeks a Senior R&D Leader to guide a multi-site team (Collegeville, PA and Midland, MI) focused on cleaning growth platforms and application development. You will drive prioritization, resource allocation, and cross-functional execution to deliver new products and scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to safe operations and responsible research practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site R&D team across Collegeville and Midland.
• Develop and manage the Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and technology platforms.
• Oversee portfolio performance, priorities, and execution plans with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure safe, compliant laboratory operations and adherence to EH&S policies.
• Drive invention, IP strategy, and patent filings as appropriate.
• Partner with Product R&D, TS&D, Process R&D, and Commercial teams to advance research and commercialization.
