The Senior R&D Leader at Dow Industrial Solutions will head a multidisciplinary, multi-site team across Collegeville, PA and Midland, MI to deliver new products and technology platforms for the Cleaning Growth Platform and related markets. You will set priorities, manage resources, and drive safe, compliant lab operations while aligning research with business strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
Commitment to safe operations and responsible research practices.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site R&D team across Collegeville and Midland.
Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and technology platforms.
Ensure safe, compliant laboratory operations and ESG alignment.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into research priorities.
Oversee IP strategy and patent filings to protect innovations.
Engage external collaborators and manage budgets and investments.
