Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site R&D team; set priorities and manage performance.
• Ensure safe, compliant laboratory operations and champion EHS policies.
• Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams and translate strategy into research priorities and plans.
• Oversee project delivery with rigorous methods, documentation, and communication.
