Job summary

Dow Industrial Solutions is seeking a Senior R&D Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team across Collegeville, PA and Midland, MI. You will set priorities, steward the portfolio, and drive safe, innovative research to deliver new products and platforms that enable sustainable growth.

The role requires strong leadership across functions, a passion for safety and integrity, and a track record of delivering results through collaboration with Product R&D, TS&D, Process R&D, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site R&D team; set priorities, allocate resources, manage performance, and foster engagement.
• Develop, prioritize, and manage the Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and relevant technology platforms.
• Ensure safe and compliant laboratory operations and champion EH&S policies.
• Partner with Product R&D, TS&D, Process R&D, EI&G R&D, Commercial, Marketing, and other functions.
