This senior, full-time role in the Quantum Platform - Specialty Sales team requires building executive relationships, shaping multi-million-dollar deals, and delivering IonQ’s quantum solutions across hardware, software, and services.

Qualifications

• 7 years selling into civilian government or intelligence community customers, or equivalent.
• Real relationships with senior leaders across civilian agencies and/or the intelligence community.
• Track record of winning business in new or emerging markets.
• Strong communication skills — you can rally people across teams and make a compelling case, in writing and in person.
• Active TS/SCI required.
• Experience selling both hardware and software into production environments for federal customers.
• A technical foundation in space systems, ISR, SAR, RF/PNT, networking, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or quantum.
• Time spent at a fast-growing company navigating an early or emerging market.
