Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with quantum computing/cryptography
• Master's degree may substitute up to 2 years
• Experience with quantum algorithms and information theory

Responsibilities

• Utilize Python, C++, and Java to implement cryptographic algorithms
• Advise on PQC migration plans and PQC implementation strategies
• Assess cryptographic inventory and migration priorities
• Communicate quantum risk to non-technical leadership
• Provide guidance inputs for cryptographic modernization with NIST PQC standards
