• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical escalation point for production incidents, outages, and service degradation.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis across applications, infrastructure, cloud services, and APIs.
• Coordinate incident response with application, infrastructure, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Apply SRE principles to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Define and support SLIs/SLOs and perform disaster recovery testing.
• Develop and maintain observability, dashboards, and health indicators.
