Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, platforms, or infrastructure in production environments.
• Experience with incident management, production support processes, and operational best practices.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting platforms.
• Experience with scripting and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical escalation point for critical production incidents, outages, and service degradation events.
• Lead root cause analysis and cross-functional resolution efforts across applications, infrastructure, cloud services, APIs, and supporting technologies.
• Design, implement, and optimize monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions.
• Automate diagnostics, health checks, remediation tasks, and routine support activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote reliability engineering practices.
