Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Manufacturing Quality Manager II to oversee the site quality department, ensure product and packaging quality, and uphold Food Safety/Quality costs, safety, GMPs and regulatory compliance.

You will direct the quality team, manage laboratories, implement SQF and HACCP programs, lead internal audits, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining training and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct management experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment, preferably food/beverage.
• Undergraduate degree in Food Science, Quality or related discipline.
• SQF Practitioner certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the site quality department and achieve KPIs and CI goals.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, FDA, HACCP and other regulations.
• Lead laboratory, water treatment, sanitation, and quality processes.
• Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve SQF and related food safety programs.
• Lead internal audits and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Manage department budget, training, and staffing to optimize costs and performance.
