Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in the United States is seeking a Quality Manager II to lead the site’s quality department, ensuring product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance across GMP, HACCP and SQF programs.

You will manage laboratory operations, optimize resources, and guide the team to achieve quality objectives while partnering with production and senior leadership for continuous improvement and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Food Science, Quality or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of direct management experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and governmental regulatory related to food/beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's quality department to meet KPIs and CI goals.
• Oversee lab analysis, water treatment, sanitation, and quality processes.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, CFIA, GMP, HACCP, and related regulations.
• Develop and maintain SQF System and related documentation.
• Drive internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgeting and cost control related to QC activities.
