Refresco Beverages US Inc. in San Antonio seeks a Manager of Quality to lead the site’s quality department, ensuring food safety, GMP compliance, and driving continuous improvement across QA labs, sanitation, and supplier quality.

You will manage the QA team, oversee SQF and HACCP programs, and work with production to meet KPI targets while ensuring regulatory compliance with FDA and GFSI standards. The role focuses on reducing waste and enhancing overall quality culture.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in Food Science, Quality or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of direct management experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment, preferably food/beverage.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, HACCP plans, food safety and security standards, and governmental regulatory relating to the food/beverage industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Quality team to achieve KPIs and CI goals while managing costs and training.
• Oversee laboratory, water treatment, sanitation, and all quality processes to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain SQF, HACCP, and food safety programs; champion internal audits and continuous improvement.
