Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Quality to oversee daily quality operations and sanitation, ensuring compliance with GMP, SQF and regulatory standards. You will supervise staff, manage lab data, and drive continuous improvement in the SQF system.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in quality leadership in beverage manufacturing, strong lab skills (HPLC, pH meters), and proficiency with SAP. A BS in a related science is preferred, and the role offers weekday schedules with overtime

Qualifications

• BS degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related discipline preferred.
• Three or more years supervisory experience in quality within a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF and related quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality operations and sanitation systems.
• Monitor Lab Data Collection Program and SAP quality module.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise Quality staff and participate in hiring decisions.
• Develop and maintain SQF and food safety programs.
