Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Manager, Quality Systems II to lead the plant's Quality Systems and own the FSQMS, ensuring compliance with SQF, FSMA, FDA, and customer standards.

You will oversee the Quality Systems team, drive continuous improvement, manage audits, CAPAs, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sanitation, Supply Chain, and R&D. BS in Food Science or Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing quality, and strong data analysis and communication skills are

Qualifikationen

• BS Degree in Food Science or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing and maintaining SQF or other global quality systems in high-speed manufacturing.
• Leadership: builds trust-based relationships and fosters a culture of food safety, quality ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication with regulatory agencies and auditors.

Aufgaben

• Lead site SQF Practitioner and champion the FSQMS.
• Manage certification readiness and third-party audits.
• Own quality system improvements including HACCP and allergen programs.
• Ensure audit findings are closed with CAPAs and root-cause analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership to support decisions.
