Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Manager Quality Systems to lead the local Quality Management System and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. The role supervises staff, drives training, audits, and continuous improvement across the site.

You will ensure GMP, HACCP, allergen controls, and SQF/FSSC 22000 alignment, while coordinating with internal teams and external audits to maintain certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in quality management or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably food/beverage.
• Experience implementing and continuously improving Quality System Software and audits (SQF/FSSC 22000).

Responsibilities

• Lead the local Quality Management System: documentation, data collection and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/state/city regulations, GMPs, HACCP, Allergen, Kosher, etc.
• Manage personnel actions, training, evaluations, and performance.
• Oversee internal and external audits and continuous improvement of quality programs.
