Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks aQuality Manager to oversee daily quality operations, ensure GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement within a high-speed beverage facility. You will supervise Quality staff and coordinate with internal teams to uphold food safety standards.

Strong knowledge of SQF, GMP, FDA regulations and lab testing practices is essential, as is experience using SAP for quality management. Evening shifts and occasional weekends are required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related discipline.
• Three (3) plus years supervisory experience in quality within a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF – certification preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA and other relevant standards and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality operations and ensure compliance with GMPs, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise Quality staff and direct personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and discipline.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve SQF and related food safety/quality management systems.
• Track KPI's and manage daily requirements to budgetary deliverables.
