Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Manager Quality to lead the site quality department, ensuring total product and package quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee GMPs, the SQF system, and QA processes across manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement. You will manage the Quality team, partner with production for KPI achievement, and ensure documentation and audits meet corporate and customer standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Food Science, Quality or related discipline.
• SQF Practitioner certification preferred.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, HACCP, FDA/GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety, GMPs and PPE policies.
• Directly manage Quality team to meet KPIs and CI goals.
• Oversee laboratory, water treatment, sanitation and QC processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality certifications (GFSI, SQF).
• Develop, maintain and improve SQF, HACCP and QA programs.
• Write and update SOPs for the Quality Program.
• Lead internal audits and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage costs, training, and department morale.
