Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a qualified Quality Control professional to join the project site, responsible for documenting, managing, and implementing the QAQC activities under the project leadership.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, contractor teams, and third-party testers, and enforcing the 3-Phase Quality Control process across all Definable Features of Work. Ideal candidates will have a BS in a engineering discipline, 10+ years in project supervision or QC management on large

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent, QC Manager, or related construction leadership role.
• Experience with USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase Quality Control system and government contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System on the assigned project.
• Ensure control of documents, nonconforming installation, and CAPA processes.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities with project team, Owner, and 3rd party testers.
• Develop daily/weekly quality control reports and inspections.
• Manage punch lists and closeout processes for quality improvements.
