Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a qualified Quality Control Manager to lead the project-wide QC program on sensitive facilities. You will oversee documentation, inspections, CAPA, and collaboration with engineering and owners to ensure contractual compliance.

The role requires a BS in engineering/related field, 10+ years in construction leadership, and active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph. Military basis experience is a plus, with a strong focus on 3-Phase QC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering Technology.
• 10+ years' experience as Project Superintendent, QC Manager, PM, or Construction Manager on similar projects.
• At least 2 years' experience as QC Manager.
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1.
• Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain Top-Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System on the project, ensuring control of documents, nonconforming installation, and corrective actions.
• Document and implement the Quality Plan tailored to project specs and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with project team to understand full scope and perform 3-Phase QC inspections.
• Review engineering deliverables and ensure comments are addressed; coordinate with third-party testers.
• Develop daily QC reports and manage punch lists and CAPA processes.
