Job summary

M.C. Dean seeks an experienced QA/QC leader for major projects. You will oversee the Quality Management System, manage documents and records, and drive corrective actions with a focus on conformance to contract requirements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, conduct inspections, review engineering deliverables, and coordinate with owner/end users to ensure all quality expectations are met on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• 10+ years of experience in roles such as Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager on similar projects.
• Ability to read, interpret and review construction drawings and documents.
• Experience applying 3-Phase Quality Control System per USACE/NAVFAC.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate and lead the Quality Management System on the assigned project.
• Control of Documents and Records; Nonconforming Installation; CAPAs.
• Lead 3-Phase Quality Control process: Preparatory, Initial and Follow-up inspections.
• Prepare weekly Field Data Collection Reports and quality control reports.
• Manage discrepancy notices, corrective actions, and punch lists.
