Job summary

M.C. Dean in Tysons, Virginia, seeks a QA/QC leader to manage the Quality Management System on a major project. You will coordinate documentation, inspections, CAPA, and interface with Owner to ensure contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Science in one of the listed disciplines.
• 10+ years’ experience in QC/PM/Construction roles.
• At least 2 years’ experience as QC Manager.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and review construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the Quality Management System on the project.
• Control documents and records; manage nonconforming installations.
• Initiate, follow up, and close CAPA and corrective actions.
• Review and tailor the Quality Plan to contract requirements.
• Coordinate with project team and 3rd party QA/QC testing agencies.
• Prepare and submit daily quality control reports and logs.
