Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance/Quality Control leader to manage the project QC program.

The role demands overseeing the QMS, document control, and corrective actions while coordinating with design and testing agencies on sensitive, government-grade projects. Applicants must hold an active Top-Secret clearance (TS/SCI/PSD eligibility) and have extensive experience in construction QC and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering disciplines or related field.
• 10+ years in project supervision, QC/PM roles on large construction.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and PSD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System on the project.
• Ensure control of documents and records and nonconforming work.
• Initiate corrective/preventive actions and CAPA.
• Develop and submit daily/weekly QC reports.
• Coordinate with 3rd party design/testing agencies.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals for contract compliance.
