Job summary

M.C. Dean seeks a seasoned Quality Control professional for on-site project leadership, reporting to the VP of Quality Assurance/Quality Control. You will implement and document the Quality Management System, manage nonconformances, CAPAs, and weekly field data logs while coordinating with design reviews and third-party testers.

Active Top-Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required. Experience on government contracts and strong communication are essential to ensure project success and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Science degree in an engineering discipline.
10+ years as Project Superintendent/QC Manager on large projects.
At least 4 years as QC Manager.
Experience with USACE/NAVFAC QC systems.
Must pass background check and hold U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement the 3-Phase Quality Control process.
Review drawings and submittals for contract compliance.
Manage nonconformances, CAPAs and punch lists.
Coordinate with Owner/End user and third-party testers.
Prepare daily quality control reports.
