Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or engineering technology.
• 10+ years’ experience in senior construction/QA roles on large projects.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a QC Manager.
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 and related QA/QC processes.
• Ability to read, interpret and review construction drawings/documents.
• Must pass basic background check and be a U.S. citizen with security clearance eligibility.
• Experience on government/military contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project Quality Management System on the assigned project.
• Manage documents, records, corrective actions, and CAPA processes.
• Coordinate with design teams, owners, and third-party testing agencies.
• Oversee 3-Phase QC activities: preparatory, initial, follow-up inspections.
• Prepare daily/weekly QC reports and ensure contractual compliance.
