Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a senior Quality/QC Manager to lead the Quality Management System on critical government and military construction projects. The role requires extensive QC leadership, document control, and coordinating with owners and third-party QA/QC teams on site.

Applicants must have a relevant bachelor's degree, 10+ years of construction/QA experience, at least 2 years as QC Manager, and active Top-Secret/SCI clearance. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science.
• 10+ years' experience in project supervision or QC/PM roles on large construction projects.
• At least 2 years' experience as QC Manager.
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System on assigned projects.
• Control documents, nonconforming installation, CAPAs, and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement 3-Phase Quality Control processes and field checks.
• Coordinate with Owner/end user and third-party QA/QC teams.
• Prepare daily quality control reports and weekly data logs.
