Job summary

M.C. Dean is a leader in Building Intelligence, seeking a Senior Quality Control leader to manage, document, and implement the Quality Control program on major projects.

You will supervise QA/QC activities, coordinate with owners and engineers, and ensure conformance to contract requirements. The role requires a BS in a related field, 10+ years of project QC/management experience, and at least 2 years leading a QC team; strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s Science (B.S.) degree in one of the following disciplines: Controls, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Architectural.
• Must have 10+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager or Construction Manager on similar type and size construction.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a QC Manager.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate and lead M.C. Dean's Quality Management System on the assigned project, ensuring control of documents and records.
• Lead the 3-Phase Quality Control process with preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
• Coordinate 3rd party design reviews and testing agencies; implement recommendations as needed.
