Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control leader for a major project at Fort Meade. You will oversee the Quality Management System, ensure documentation control, and manage corrective actions across the project team.

The role requires active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph and U.S. citizenship. You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and the owner to ensure contractual compliance, manage inspections, and drive continuous improvement through data and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or engineering technology.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent, QC Manager, PM, or Construction Manager on similar projects.
• At least 2 years as a QC Manager.
• Familiar with EM 385-1-1.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Top-Secret/SCI and Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate the Quality Management System on the project site.
• Control documents and records, nonconforming installation, and CAPA processes.
• Review engineering deliverables and ensure comments are addressed.
• Coordinate with owner, design teams, and testing agencies for QA/QC.
