Job summary

M.C. Dean is hiring a Quality Assurance/Quality Control leader for a sensitive project in Washington, DC. The role requires active Top-Secret/SCI clearance and U.S. Citizenship. You'll ensure project QC compliance, oversee documents, and guide field teams through 3-Phase inspections.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, submittals, and owner reps, managing CAPA, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the specified disciplines.
• 10+ years in project supervision/QC/PM roles on similar construction projects.
• Experience with EM 385-1-1.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the 3-Phase Quality Control System on the project.
• Manage documents/records control and nonconforming installation processes.
• Coordinate with owner, subcontractors, and 3rd party QA/QC testers.
• Prepare daily quality control reports and weekly data logs.
• Oversee inspections, punch lists, CAPA actions, and safety discussions.
