Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field quality management in mission critical or large construction projects.
• Degree in construction, civil, architecture, engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience leading documentation and contract administration for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of Ryan’s quality program for data centers.
• Manage daily QC responsibilities to ensure conformance with contract documents.
• Lead and train project team members on quality-related activities.
• Oversee documentation and inspection phases with project staff and external personnel.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with specifications.
• Participate in pre-installation meetings to discuss quality standards.
• Ensure stakeholders understand quality requirements for each scope of work.
• Set quality expectations, inspections, testing, and documentation timelines.
• Verify materials meet submittals and are correctly handled and installed.
• Monitor and audit all QC activities and testing documentation.
• Support corrective actions for non-conformances on the project.
